day seven...

OMG! one week down yay!...I think this next week is going to be so much harder, but I really feel like I can do it this time.  I will be weighing myself tomorrow to see if I've lost any weight...I really hope I did, even if it's just a pound.  Well anyway, Today I had a bowl of cereal...a 100 cal snack...a piece of chicken, yellow squash, and a small salad...sugarfree vanilla pudding and two graham crackers.
