day two...
Well let's see...today for breakfast i had a bowl of cereal. For lunch or a snack i guess because i woke up late again today....I had a few Vienna wienies and a bag of 100 cal jalapeno and cheese crackers. For dinner i had....well i guess you would call it goulash(i just threw some stuff together) and 5 crackers. I have felt really great today and I managed to do my cardio workout for 30 minutes continuously unlike yesterday I had to pause it a couple of times to take a break because i felt like i was going to die lol. Well i hope tomorrow is this great or better! goodnight, I'm going to bed...hopefully i'll wake up earlier tomorrow.
